Architectural Concepts & Estimates
We first begin by gathering ideas and floor plan concepts. You can choose to bring your own concepts, or we can help provide different plans and pictures. A very rough cost estimate is done at this time.

Final Floor Plan & Cost Analysis
Once all the necessary information is collected, we begin to finalize the floor plan. We also work on providing you a final price for your dream home.

Start Construction
This is where your vision begins to transform into reality! During construction, you will be involved throughout the selection process and stay up-to-date on the construction process of your home.
